Individual or duo sports coaching: tailor-made support, a personalized program aimed at improving all aspects (fitness, health, stress, diet, self-confidence).

Group
The Small Group Training takes place outdoors several times a week, group of 4 to 15 people. Several themes will be addressed (General muscle strengthening, Thighs, Abs, Buttocks, High intensity, Cross-training).
Note that the coach provides the equipment. Contact me privately for dates and locations.
